Return and Refund Policy
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase.
Returns:
Timeframe: You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as you received it unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process can begin.
Exclusions: Due to hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care items.
Initiating the process: If you wish to return a product, please email: support@fureno.uk with your order number, reason for return, and (if applicable) a photo of the product in case of damage, along with your contact details.
Refunds:
Procedure: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account again. If the refund is still missing, please contact us at support@fureno.uk
Costs:
Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using Track & Trace for your return, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
The return must be shipped to China, and shipping costs start at €20, which are at the customer's expense.
Exceptions:
Defective or incorrect products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a new one free of charge. If the second attempt is still incorrect, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed due to our automated system.
